About Monthly Commemoration of the Archangel Michael
The Coptic Church honours the Archangel Michael on the twelfth of every Coptic month, asking his intercession and help, with the doxologies and hymns proper to him. His two great feasts of the year are 12 Hathor and 12 Paoni, so the monthly commemoration is not repeated in those two months.
