About Monthly Commemoration of the Three Major Feasts
On the twenty-ninth of every Coptic month the Church remembers the three great feasts of the Lord: the Annunciation, the Nativity and the Resurrection, and prays with the joyful tune. The Synaxarium gives the Annunciation and the Resurrection on 29 Paremhat and the Nativity on 29 Koiak, so the twenty-ninth of every month became a commemoration of all three together.
